Brave Trevor Ravenhall has raised more than £800 for Children in Need after agreeing to take part in a sponsored chest wax, which took place today.

Trevor, who works for recruitment specialist Brook Street, at their head office in St Albans, said, “The girls in the office have been winding me up for ages about me getting my chest waxed, and I finally said I would do it. But only if they raised over £500 for Children in Need”

Brook Street staff couldn’t bear to let this opportunity slip away from them so they rallied the troops contacting all Brook Street staff from Inverness to Plymouth, getting as many people as possible to sponsor him, raising an impressive £825.

Brook Street’s Sales and Marketing Director, Erika Bannerman said: “Trevor is extremely well known within Brook Street and a lot of people have supported him. He is delighted with the amount that he has raised for such a good cause. We are already planning next year’s event and are hoping that he will agree to a sponsored head shave”.
