Brook Street help towards £2 million fundraising goal for Keech Cottage Children's Hospice - 15 May 2007

Leading recruitment specialists Brook Street donated £10,000 this week to Keech Cottage Children's Hospice which provides specialist care to children with life-limiting illnesses.

The hospice needs to raise around £2 million each year to fund their running costs and over the past two years Brook Street have raised money through numerous staff events including monthly bonus balls, raffles, book and jewellery stalls and jeans days in order to help them reach this goal.

The cheque, presented to Sue Clarke of Keech Cottage by Brook Street director,  Mark Brennan on Monday 14th May was gratefully received.

Mark said, "Brook Street have long supported Keech Cottage in their mission to provide care and support for these children.  It is with great pleasure that I hand over this cheque today to help them provide high quality care to life-limited children and support to their families do that they can make the most of their time together."
