A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an up beat, confident, outgoing individual to join a well established insurance company as a branch manager.
The main purpose of this role will be to lead and motive a team of friendly insurance management, whilst pro-actively seeking new opportunities to move the business forward.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a management or supervisory role ideally in a brokerage or a call centre environment. They will be expected to take a hands on approach in both sales & service whilst ensuring the day to day running of the branch making sure all systems and procedures are being maintained
