Our client is one of SE London's leading independent estate agencies. Due to expansion they are currently seeking an Estate Manager/Property Manager to join their busy team in Lewisham. You will be hard working and adaptable with a minimum of 1 years previous experience within Property Management or Estate Management. (Within estate agency). You will have an excellent level of numeracy and IT skills as well as an understanding of legal residential lettings processes including notice periods, tenancy paper-work, rental increases and general property checks and maintenance. Ideally an all-rounder who is able to work with a flexible and calm approach. In return our client is offering a competitive salary and in-house training.
