The purpose of the telesales agent is to maximise cash generation through commercial relationships with clients, Key responsibilities include;
Cold calling new and existing clients to increase web registrations and quotation volumes
To manage objection handling
To work to set call targets
To convert leads to orders
Work with other departments to develop a business plan
Update database
Provide a consultative approach
In return the client will offer full support and training, aswell as an excellent package.
Salary: £16,000 - £35,000
