My Client are looking for an experienced Customer Services Team Leader with strong people management skills and a good grasp of the French language. (French not essential but would be a massive advantage) International exposure within the food industry would be a massive advantage . This company are a very fast paced dynamic and challenging company and need someone who has a can do attitude and is willing to muck in and get things done but who also can manage a team. You must have a NVQ level 4 in customer service or equivalent. You will be experienced in management of a CS team in FMCG environment and experience of working with SAP is essential.
