We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our ambitious, driven team in Rugby Town Centre. This role will be working on the Temporary desk. Must have proven sales skills.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be working as a Temporaries Consultant and this role will be varied and challenging with on going training and development opportunities. Your role will include:
- Business Development of new and existing client relationships.
- Be able to work in a target driven environment and generate leads to convert to business.
- Attending client meetings.
- Identify suitable candidates to clients requirements.
- Maintain your administration within compliance and legislation standards.
