I am looking for people who are currently or have recently worked in the automotive industry in either service desk or vehicle repair or has extensive motor repair workshop environment experience/knowledge.
I have a great opportunity for someone either wanting to leave the motor garage environment into the office world.
the purpose of the role is to properly qualify claims and ensure accurate and speedy claims resolution giving proper regard to company procedures, insured liabilities and customer sensitivities.
To properly guild claimants through the relevant claims process giving proper advice regarding suitable repairers and relevant liabilities.
Duties:
Provide accurate claims advice across a variety of products
Resolve claims across a variety of platforms, telephone, fax, e-mail and online
Maintain company service levels
Provide professional and friendly service
Produce reports/spreadsheets on claims issues/queries on request
Arrange vehicle assessments
Hours are 9-5:30 Mon - Fri some Saturdays 9-12:30 (People are working 1 in every 6 Saturdays)
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
