We have a great opportunity for a successful candidate to take ownership of a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for managing the relationship between the company and the clients.
Loading new clients to the database and make calls to welcome them when they have gone live,
In addition to this you will continue contacting new and existing clients to make sure they are satisfied with the service they are receiving, address any issues, go through products and spot opportunities for up selling additional products/services or alignment of contact pricing.
You will also be contacting customers that have cancelled in the past, to recall the product and use referals from existing customers to obtain new business.
The ultimate aim is to provide best in class service to our client portfolio by regular contact, which in turn will minimise customer cancellations, maximise customer retention, increase the client portfolio base and therefore increase company revenue.
