Job Description

** £11.88 PER HOUR ** POTENTIAL FOR HYBRID WORKING ** START DATE 7th May **

Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm, with 1 weeks training fully on site, before hybrid working if

The role is due to last at least 3 months, with the potential to extend

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our exciting client and make a difference to their customers.

Role Overview:

Providing administrative support to the Legal and Information Assurance Directorate. These roles cover various tasks and some roles require an element of manual handling. These roles will include data inputting onto a legal case management system, working as part of a small team with management supervision.

The successful candidates will be based in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Handling, processing & posting documents in line with organisational guidelines
  • Monitoring inboxes and responding to both internal and external communications
  • Be a flexible, supportive team member, with good time-management skills to prioritise work and meet court deadlines
  • Carrying out various administrative activities including filing, minute taking, spreadsheet maintenance
  • Data inputting which includes the migration of data and documents
  • Some roles include manual handling, moving paper, boxes, stationery as required
  • Must have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all information is accurate, clear, easy to understand and done in a timely manner
  • Participate and contribute in team meetings, developing working relationships across the business where needed. ​

​Essential Skills:

  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office computer packages i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, OneNote, Presentations, PowerPoint and Adobe
  • Computer literate with a confident approach to learning new and specialist software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexible approach to dealing with the changing nature of the work.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse physical data using your own judgment, whilst working to tight deadlines.

The roles are subject to passing a clear standard DBS and a full 3 years referencing
