Position Details:

Role: Assistant Supported Living Manager
Hours: 35 hours per week
Benefits: Bank holidays off, flexible work hours
Salary: £22,895 per year

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Supported Living Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Supported Living Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the home
• Supporting residents in their daily activities and promoting their independence
• Collaborating with the team to create and implement person-centered care plans
• Ensuring the well-being and safety of residents at all times
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders
