Gemma started her career with Brook Street in May 2016. Joining the Bristol branch, recruiting and managing temp workers for government clients, Gemma quickly realised that Brook Street was where she could flourish and develop her career. Through the support and encouragement of her manager she was promoted within 18 months to Team Leader.
