Hours - Part time on rota system, 24 hours per week on shift rota basis
Location - Milton Keynes office based
Type - Permanent position, office based
Pay - £20330, pro rata + extra for unsocial hours

About the Role
Your main responsibility will be to take calls in a busy environment and provide patients with the right support depending on the outcome of the call
You will take a variety of incoming calls from patients, providing them with an appropriate response to urgent healthcare needs within a timeframe. This could range from booking a GP appointment, advising them to attend an out of hour's service or even dispatching an ambulance.
Occasionally you will be required to take priority 999 calls on occasions to support the wider business - you will be dealing with high pressure, distressing calls due to nature of business

- Must be able to have good coping mechanisms for distressing situations
