My client - Northwest Ambulance Service is looking to recruit a health advisor for a temp to perm position based at their site in Horwich BL6.

The work will involve dealing with inbound calls from patients and external members of the public, making health assessments and referring to medical staff or the ambulance service, dispatching ambulances.

This is a full time position and the working hours would vary due to shifts however you will be working 35 hours minimum. You will need to be flexible as you might be working days/nights/evening/weekends over 24/7. Ideal candidate will need to have a previous experience in customer service & data entry. You will be handling a lot of sensitive information; therefore confidentiality is required.

The pay rate for this position varies between £8.01p/h - £15.69p/h depending on shifts. Uniform will be provided after 6 weeks training has been successfully completed. All successful candidates will need to be able to provide the right documentation, details of the last 3 references, and also be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
