My client Northwest Ambulance Service in Horwich, Bolton BL6 is looking to recruit 111 Call Health Advisor for a long term ongoing position based at their site.


The work will involve dealing with inbound calls from patients and external members of the public, making health assessments and referring to medical staff or the ambulance service, dispatching ambulances. You will be provided with 6 week training.


The working hours will vary due to different shift patterns, however you will need to be flexible as you might be working days/nights/evening/weekends over 24/7
This is a full time position. Ideal candidate will need to have a previous experience in customer service & data entry. You will be handling a lot of sensitive information; therefore attention to details is required.


The pay rate for this position varies between £7.98p/h - £15.14p/h depending on shifts. The working hours and days will vary due to shift work. Uniform will be provided after 6 weeks training has been successfully completed. This position will require you to pass an enhanced DBS check.
