111 Call Service Advisor

Job Description

My NHS client in Horwich is looking to recruit 111 call service advisors for a temporary position with a possibility of further extension to work at their busy call centre.


The work will involve receiving, understand and assess patient contact/enquiries to establish the required service/solution. Excellent communication skills are required in order to ensure the correct service/solution is delivered. You will be dealing with queries such as prescription, transport to the hospital as well as other general queries.

This is a full time contract; you will need to be able to work 30-37.5hrs a week. You will need to be fully flexible as this position will require you to do the shift work which means you could be working days, nights, evenings & weekends. You will also be required to work over the Christmas period. This position is 8 weeks; however there is a possibility for further extension depending on the work ethic. The pay rate for this position varies from £7.83p/h-14.49p/h.

Ideal candidate will need to be able to listen and record information received from patients quickly, listen and record said information accurately, other agencies and health care providers. We are looking for someone with previous customer service experience.
