You will be reporting to the IT Manager, you will be a key customer-facing member of the IT service delivery team; supporting staff, students and visitors for four major departments across 4 sites in Oxford City Centre.
You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd Line IT and Audio Visual (AV) support for all sites. You will be expected to carry out incident resolution and escalation as necessary, to provide excellent customer service and display a proactive, improvement mindset.
You will be required to liaise with a range of internal and external suppliers and partners including central IT Services, other IT Teams, Facilities Management and library and college IT staff.
You will be working in a small, busy team with a particular focus on user support and relationship management. The balance of work will be approximately 80% Service Desk, and 20% AV Systems Support.
