Job Description
1st Line Support -NHS within GP Practices
£10.20 per hour
Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week
Location -Lincoln
The ICT Services department is responsible for the installation and maintenance of NHS
This role is within the ICT Services Service Desk work area
The Technical Operators work in a 1st line technical support capacity dealing with technical queries and undertaking a variety of tasks including system user account management, software deployment, 1st line remote desktop support.
This skill requires;
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and domains including active directory
- Demonstrable knowledge of a range of desktop hardware and software products including MS Office, email clients and web mail
- Working knowledge of network file and printing services
- Installation and Software
- Working alongside a experienced engineer deploying 450+ plus devices across Lincolnshire This will be a field-based role at GP sites,
Key skills: Windows 10 / Office 365 / Health Care Systems / System One / Dell Desktop / Laptops / Setup Printer / Install Software / Basic Fault Finding
Required qualifications: 1+ Experience in IT industry or someone who has a good IT knowledge, ideally a car driver
