1st Line Support IT Customer Service

Job Description

Brook Street is seeking a Customer Service Executive or 1st line support agent to join a reputable and fast growing IT based company in Staines. You will enjoy and be experienced in providing solutions and technical support for a range of products within the medical and insurance industries therefore previous experience or knowledge of these areas would be highly advantageous.

The Ideal candidate will need to be proficient in all Microsoft packages and preferably also have knowledge of Mac operating systems although this is not essential. Due to the nature of the role it is vital that you have an exceptional telephone manor as you will be required to respond to queries over phone and via email in providing technical support whilst insuring a high level of customer service at all times. The successful applicant will need a minimum of two years experience within customer service, the ability to multitask and problem solve, have strong technical IT knowledge and excellent administrative qualities.
