A vibrant and modern IT company are looking for a professional 1st Line Support / Customer Support Advisor to join their ever-growing team in Stevenage.

This is an extremely varied role, where you'll be busy providing exceptional customer service, technical support and even a smidge of sales (don't worry, there's no cold calling here!) to a wide range of customers via Live Chat, phone and email.
Working in a new modern office in Stevenage, you'll be supporting a wide range of different web hosting and email services and taking customers through the journey from potential customer to getting up and running with their business website and email.
A background in technical support is essential as is a positive, can-do attitude and drive to succeed, it is also preferred you have previous experience in a high-volume helpdesk/call centre environment. You will be troubleshooting, fixing a wide range of software-based technical issues, FTP clients, cPanel, Plesk and LCN's bespoke back-end systems.
You will be offered a salary of £19,000 plus additional company benefits.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. A shift pattern is in place to cover a 7-day working week with shifts from 0800-1630, 0900-1730, 11:30 - 20:00 and 1330-2200.However, these may be subject to alteration in accordance with the dictates of the business
