The role is predominantly 1st Line Support of the internal systems within a team where you will gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of IT support and expand your knowledge very quickly.
As 1st Line Support you will be responsible for providing first line technical support for applications and infrastructure, this will include performing remote fixes, recording calls and actions, dealing with queries and software support. A key part of the role is data capturing; this involves logging information clearly and concisely.
Energy, customer focus and ability to learn and work to deadlines are critical with this role.
The successful candidates will have a strong customer service ethos and a passion about technology along with a proactive and personal approach. You will have proven communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to learn and develop skills.
