1st/2nd Line Field Technical Support Engineer for an expanding Managed Service Provider specialising in the Education Sector.
They are developing their technical support team with an additional 1st/2nd Line Field Support Engineer- covering around the Berks/Bucks area in the main - typically around a 30 min drive location.
Your main focus is around the Microsoft Product stack - Windows, Hardware, Server, together with various forms of storage and networking technologies
Windows Server 2008/12
Broadband , Firewall experience
Previous experience working in an MSP environment would be useful but not essential.
