Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the IT department for our client. you will be working within a small and professionally dedicated team who look to stay ahead of the competition with innovation and leading edge technology.

You will have experience in 1st/2nd line IT support (this is essential) with knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments. Ideally, you will have experience of carrying out hardware analysis and repairs on servers, laptops and working alongside manufactures to solve hardware issues.

You will have knowledge of working with VAR and have good customer awareness.

A typical day for you would be installing and configuring computers, talking to staff and clients through a series of actions either face to face or over the phone.
You will also be expected to manage and prioritise multiple open cases at one time.

Training will be provided, overtime is available, however, your working hours will be between 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
Your salary will be up to £28,000 P/A and you will get 21 days holiday.
