DO YOU HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS 1ST/2ND LINE IT SUPPORT EXPERIENCE?
You will be involved with onsite and remote support of my clients varied SME/SMB clients.
Your duties will include:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications and systems
- Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Monitoring and support our cloud-based solutions
