Due to rapid growth and continuous success, we are delighted to confirm that we are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for our client based in Campsie - Derry


Our client has asked us to source candidates with Manufacturing or Production experience so that they can commence work with our client in September 2021, begin a process of training and development, and become permanent by September 2022


Duties include working in a production environment, assisting production by loading machinery with raw materials, conducting quality checks, unloading products, boxing produce, and meeting production targets.


The successful candidate will work a shift pattern with two weeks of days (0700-1900) and two weeks of nights (1900-0700) with 60 hours worked in weeks 1 and 3, and 24 hours worked in weeks 2 and 4 which equates to an average of 42 hours per week.


The rate of pay is £11.58 per hour and increases to £11.92 per hour once your training has been fully-completed and you`re working as a Production Operator
