Exciting job opportunity starting ASAP

24/7 call centre handlers urgently needed - temporary role for approx. 3 months

Your new role of Call Handler will be to answer calls that come into the contact centre.
You will provide accurate assistance over the telephone using the appropriate software/triaging tools. If necessary, you will put the caller in touch with other Service providers, as appropriate. In this role you will be dealing with the public, health care professionals and the emergency services.

This role is a 24-hour function therefore The call centre has a 24 hour function and it is a requirement of the job that call handlers (whole time, part time) will be available to work weekend and bank holidays,

Hours
24/7
8 hours, 5 days a week, across Monday to Sunday
07:00 - 23:00 & Saturday and Sunday

Pay
Weekdays 6am - 8pm £9.49
Saturdays and nights from 8pm- 6am £13.38
Sundays and bank holidays £17.37

Essential Skills
English and Maths GCSE grade D or above
Good geographic knowledge of Norfolk & Suffolk
At least 6 months in a role dealing with the public, face to face or on the telephone.
Must be able to remain Calm,approachable and personable whilst on the telephone and taking notes
Have the ability to remain organised and calm when under pressure.
Ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks and provide excellent attention to detail

Enhanced DBS
