Role: Financial Assistance Advisor
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 (Experience Dependent)
Location: Cardiff City Centre
Start Date: 29th April
Hours: 35 hours per week (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
Shifts between 8am - 7pm Mon to Fri, 8am - 12pm Sat (1 in 3)

• Demonstrating proactive problem-solving to assist customers through complex financial challenges.
