Our Harrogate based client is looking for a professional 2nd Line IT Helpdesk Co-ordinator to work from their head office in Harrogate.
This is initially a 6 month contract but has a possibility of becoming a permanent job.
You will be providing local and remote support for calls that are escalated from the busy helpdesk team along with providing `end to end` resource on small projects.
You will need strong communication skills and must be able to work deal with people of all levels.
Your role will involve:
# End User Technical Support
# On-site Project Delivery
# Installing hardware and software on site
# Equipment builds and refurbs
# Reviewing and updating procedures
# Associated administration
We are looking for a strong team player who is able to multi-task and is able to deliver projects in a timely fashion.
