2nd Line Technical Support Engineer
Our client is an expanding Managed Service Provider based in North West London, due to growth they are recruiting for an experienced 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to join their team - based on NW London or Leatherhead.
Understanding of Windows server, VMWare, Hyper-V, various forms of storage and networking technologies
CCNA or equivalent qualification would be an advantage
Windows Server 2008/12
IT Service desk support with experience of delivering first class customer service
Working in a 2nd line environment
Managing networks ranging from 50 users and upwards
Working in an MSP environment or previously worked in an IT Support role
· Microsoft server technologies
· Active Directory administration
· Microsoft Exchange Server
· Microsoft desktop operating systems
· Network technologies such as routers, switches, wireless etc.
