We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Intense Support Housing Managers to lead and develop a number of Supported Living Services for adults with mental health, complex needs and homelessness within the Wigan area.

You will be working for a fantastic organisation who is one of the UK`s leading providers of supported living services for people with diverse and often complex needs in community settings and provide relief, restoration and reformation, unique to every individual.

As the Intense Supported Housing Manager your key responsibilities will be to support with housing accommodation and housing benefit & service charge applications. You will be encouraging with independence living skills, financial management, budgeting, and target setting. You will be able to build, network and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and multi-agencies. Attend case management and managerial supervision as required.

You will promote an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of professional practice. The successful candidate must have experience of managing a supported living accommodation and have the knowledge of housing benefit system. You must understand the needs of people facing crisis like homelessness and/or poor mental health.

This is a 30-hour position with a salary of £21,133 plus benefits and lots of exciting opportunities for training, progression, and further career development.
