My client is a leading recruiter that supply teaching and support staff to schools, and offer the most cost effective solutions within the education market. Due to rapid growth within the Education Sector they are looking to take on a consultant to continue the expansion of the business, within the Buckinghamshire Area to support the Primary Schools.
The successful candidate will be target driven ,have grit and be tenacious.They will have the ability to manage existing schools whilst developing new business within Schools. You will also have extremely good communication and customer service skills and the ability to manage your time well.
As a Recruitment Consultant you'll have the ability to effectively sell and market both yourself and what the agency can offer.
If you are looking to build a career as a Recruitment Consultant in the Education Sector or have worked in the recruitment industry you could have a head start. However applicants with proven sales skills or those who are results driven and possess excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude will also be considered. You must also have interest within the Education Sector.

Skills and Experience:

Articulate, educated to good level, with experience of direct sales, recruitment or the education sector also would welcome Graduates looking for a career within the recruitment sector
Persistent, persuasive, positive
Enthusiastic, smart and well presented
A self starter who enjoys the challenge of a demanding and varied work flow
An excellent communicator
Target oriented

The salary is £30-£40K basic + commission ,30 days holiday + BH + a day off for your Birthday ,pension ,nearby street parking and a wealth of company incentives with international travel !
The hours are Monday to Friday 7am-4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm
