We're working with an industry leading organisation in Wetherby, looking for a savvy 3rd line support analyst to join their IT department.

Within the role you'll be supporting the 1st & 2nd Line support teams with any escalated queries, ensuring a customer satisfaction at all stages.
We're looking for a technically minded candidate with experience utilising problem solving and fault resolution to deliver exceptional and speedy resolution to client issues.
You'll utilise your SQL, .NET, MS Office and VB experience to delve into customer issues, using your customer service skills to communicate clearly and keep customers informed.
Working to SLAs, you'll understand the importance of fault resolution timescales and work hard to keep customers both in the loop and satisfied that their issues are being looked into.

In return our client offers:
A salary of £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
