Job Description

We have an immediate start role for a 6 months FTC initially paying £19.30 an hour as a Student Casework Manager.

36.25 hours

Main Purpose

To lead and manage a high quality, professional and efficient Student Casework service, covering Student Complaints, Academic Appeals, Academic Misconduct, Fitness to Study, Admissions Appeals and Complaints and Tier 4 Appeals and Complaints

To act as the operational contact with the Office of the Independent Adjudicator

To Line Manage the Student Casework Team

Requirements

oHave significant experience of working with student casework
oExperience of working with the Office for the Independent Adjudicator.
oAbility to interpret and apply complex regulations.
oAbility to communicate complex outcomes to a variety of audiences.
