My client based near Portishead an AAT / ACCA qualified Business Consultant.

My client has developed some pretty brilliant accounting software that's intuitive and practical!

This role sits within the customer services area of the business. You will be dealing with customers both face to face and remotely to help them implement software products, make suggestions to help them with issues or improve the way they use their software. You will have a finance background, and either ACCA or AAT qualified.

With your finance background you will be finding ways of helping customers with their issues through the software, and influence customers through demonstrations of the product that this would make their life so much easier!

What you will be doing:
Train customers on their software (on site, UK based, and remotely)
Demonstrate the product to existing customers and prospects
Implement new projects, as well as existing customer training, guidance, advice and suggestions Documentation updates
Training Documentation / Videos
Produce tenders / proposals
Close deals
Assist with new services

Experienced in Implementations or Supporting Accountancy products would be ideal!

You will receive:
