Job Description
We are a national recruitment agency with a requirement for maternity cover. We are looking for an Account administrator to support our team based in our Preston City Centre office.
The post will be until Feb 2020.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful team running our large government contract.
Your role will be to assist in the recruitment to fill temporary placements within our contracts department, driving the business to ensure we are growing and maintaining our accounts.
Responsibilities-
Strong administrator with computer skills
Knowledge of outlook package
Strong communicator
Well spoken and well presented- lively personality, team player
100% fulfilment of key accounts
Regular quality assessments
Identify core applicants, registering interviewing and assessing.
Identify suitable opportunities
Compliance - initial escalation point for any key account issues
Ensure compliance with company, client and legislative requirements.
Support all team members at all times
Comply with company ethics and standards of excellence
Prepare for regular branch audits
We are looking for individuals with fantastic attention to detail who are able to work efficiently to meet strict deadlines. Organisation is a must to ensure these deadlines are met.
Previous exposure in a recruitment agency would be beneficial but not critical, as full training will be provided.
Working hours are 9am- 5.30pm Monday to Friday
