Job Description

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking an Account Co-Ordinator to work with our team in Belfast to deliver an enhanced and dedicated service to our clients.

The Account Co-Ordinator will be primarily focused on one particular client but will get exposure to other clients as time progresses.

Duties will include proactively sourcing candidates, conducting all recruitment activities, promoting a successful retention programme, meeting with the client weekly, conducting Equality Monitoring activities, and conducting employee relations activities with our Temporary Employees working with that client e.g. attendance management, performance management, conduct management, investigations, counselling, and disciplinaries.

Recruitment is a very fast-paced industry and anyone working in Recruitment must be able to conduct resourcing and recruitment activities while also managing Temporary Employees. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with an interest in both HR and Recruitment, and who has previously worked in both.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, experience of conducting HR duties, will be comfortable liaising with clients and candidates via email, telephone, and face-to-face, will have a proven track record of accuracy and attention-to-detail in relation to their administrative duties, and will be able to use their own initiative to manage their workload with limited supervision. Preferably candidates will have a CIPD qualification or be working towards it.

Candidates who are CIPD-qualified or who are working towards their CIPD qualification may find that this role is suitable for them because it will require the Account Co-Ordinator to manage a large amount of Temporary Employees.

Candidates must have a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C and above, must be computer-literate, must have a working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook, must have previous Admin or Clerical experience, must have a full driving licence, and must have a good knowledge of employment law and HR practices.

The salary bracket for this role will be £20,000 to £22,000 per annum. The successful candidate will also benefit from a bonus in this role.
