Job Description

Account Co Ordinator

9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary - up to £20,000 basic + monthly bonus

We are a national recruitment agency with a requirement for an organised, driven and confident Account Co Ordinator based in our Preston City Centre office.

We have long term well established relationships with a number of clients and are looking for someone to join our team to manage the day to day account activities and the recruitment of all temporary staff for a number of these prestigious businesses.

It is a full recruitment role without the sales element, therefore you will be responsible for developing and maintain relationships with your clients, identifying and registering a pool of new candidates and managing your existing workforce.


You will be responsible for seeing the recruitment process through from start to finish so this will involve taking the booking information from your client, advertising the role using all of our available marketing tools, pre screening candidates in a timely manner ,fully registering candidates, ensuring 100% fulfilment of all roles, processing compliance, references and eligibility to work checks. Arranging interviews and ensuring your candidates are fully prepared and ready to attend these interviews. Once and offer has been made you will then manage the compliance / vetting / paperwork process to ensure a quick turn around and start date is arranged promptly. Once the candidate then starts work you will be their employer and will look after all payroll, holiday payments, HR issues (with the help of our fabulous HR team) etc.

At present we our contracts team have over 350 temps working per day so every day will be busy, varied but very rewarding.

A big part of your role when restrictions are lifted will be visiting your candidates onsite and clients to gain a full understanding of their business. Attending monthly and quarterly review meetings with your clients to ensure SLA`s are being met. At present we are conducting these duties via TEAMS meetings due to COVID.

As we cover a large geographical area travel within Preston, Lancashire and Cumbria will be included so we will need you to have a full driving licence.

We are looking for an individual with fantastic attention to detail who is able to work efficiently to meet strict deadlines, who is organised and able to work on various projects at the same time ensuring all deadlines and Service Level Agreements are met.

Previous exposure in a recruitment agency would be beneficial but not critical, as full training will be provided.
