Your role will be to recruit and fill temporary placements within public sector organisations.
Maximise existing business- maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.

Compliance - initial escalation point for any key account issues
Ensure compliance with company, client and legislative requirements.

Prepare for regular branch audits
You will have a full induction with a structured training programme that will train and develop you to become a competent account manager and recruiter! If you are the sort of person that enjoys hard-work, good humour, are able to develop relationships with a range of people, and have a resilient nature, you will fit in well! You will need to hold a full driving licence
