An exciting opportunity to join our brand new Hub based in Watford as a Temporaries Controller. This role will be based in St Albans, however will be moving to Watford early December. You will be joining us as we restructure our organisation to fall in line with our visions:

The ideal candidate will:
o Have the ability to deal with both temporary staff and clients in a timely manner, ensuring the companies Service Level Agreements are met.
o Have the ability to draw on the skills and experience of colleagues to provide an excellent and efficient service to our clients across the public sector.
o Complete pre-agreed, extensive, compliance on our temporary workforce, ensuring all areas are completed in a timely manner.
o Attend to varied administrative tasks, some as determined by the specific role, but also on ad-hoc basis.
o Be self sufficient and motivated with good IT skills
o Confident telephone manner, with a large proportion of the working day speaking with both temporary candidates and external clients.
o Full clean licence with their own vehicle, as will be expected to travel around the Hertfordshire and North West London region.
o Have experience working in a compliance, order processing or sales admin role - Working to strict and tight deadlines with a high attention to detail is deadlines
Salary £22,000 + Commission
