Job Description

I am looking to recruit an Account Coordinator for a company that specialise in delivering development solutions for companies on an international basis.

HOURS AND SALARY
Hours of work are 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday however some flexibility can be offered.

The salary is £20,000 - £23,000 with 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown!

THE COMPANY
This company has had significant growth throughout 2018 and plan to continue their success throughout 2019. They are looking to recruit an additional Account Coordinator due to expansion of their existing client base.

Based in the heart of Leamington Spa town centre with great local attractions and amenities on their doorstep, they offer a very mature and flexible working environment where they want to develop you on a personal and professional basis. They approach each day with a `can do and positive attitude`.

THE ROLE
Working as the Account Coordinator you will find that no two days are the same, it is very important that you are able to multi-task, whilst managing several deadlines at once. In addition to this you will have excellent communication skills both internally and externally.

You will liaise with different people involved in the process including the consultants of the company, clients and sub-contractors.

WHAT ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Creating and maintaining records on the CRM and Proposals team
Administrating the client work from proposal through to contract and invoice
Ensuring the client facing team have everything they need for a positive client experience

Will be able to showcase and demonstrate your excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise various different workloads throughout the day and also be an effective and calm communicator that can adapt to change at short notice

If you love organising and coordinating then this role is ideal for you!

This role would suit someone that has come from a strong administration, client support, training or a project background who has had experience liaising with different people whilst supporting and managing different deadlines. If you have had experience completing diary management, specifically utilising Microsoft Outlook, this is an additional bonus.
