Job Description

Recruitment Account Coordinator

You will run a very busy temporary recruitment desk in the heart of the central London supplying a full range of temporary admin and clerical staff to Government clients.

Key skills:
" Excellent communicator and a strong negotiator
" Willing to go that `extra` mile to achieve results
" Great work ethic
" You must be efficient; good timekeeping
" Ideally experience of working in an account management / relationship role but the minimum requirement excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities:
" Managing recruitment process - temporary roles
" Working with client manager`s to discuss recruitment requirements
" Proactively source suitable applicants
" Arranging interviews, managing job adverts
" Peruse personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role
" Sustain existing client relationships
" Payroll, compliance, HR policies and procedures
