  • The Role
    In Recruitment, no two days are the same. As an Account Delivery Consultant, you`ll be supporting our Recruitment Consultants by sourcing the very best candidates for a range of roles and skillsets. This means working closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and being their point-of-contact for everything related to their recruitment.

    You`ll be joining a supportive team that places great emphasis on coaching and development, enabling you to establish yourself as an expert within candidate sourcing whilst developing strong account management skills.

    Responsibilities
    Roles within Recruitment are varied, and your key tasks can include:
  • Conducting thorough role briefs with Hiring Managers for a range of temporary roles for different skillsets
  • Using a variety of job boards, internal databases, and social media to source candidates for vacancies
  • Engaging with potential candidates, both active and passive to conduct in-depth telephone, face-to-face or video interviews to assess potential suitability for current client job vacancies
  • Writing, posting, and reviewing adverts on job boards and networking sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Providing a first-class candidate experience through timely contact, regular updates and thorough feedback
  • Working closely with client Hiring Mangers and Account Managers to develop strong working relationships
  • Arranging and co-ordinating interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates
    Striving to exceed KPI targets for activity and financial performance
  • Building rapport with candidates whilst maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times
  • Ensuring that internal systems are maintained with accurate information at all times, especially regarding data protection and security

    About You
    Great Recruiters have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy engaging with people, a career in Recruitment could be a great fit for you. It helps to have some of the following skills and experience to begin with:
  • Experience in a customer / client-facing role such as sales or customer service
  • Recruitment experience would be great, but it`s not essential for this role
  • Motivated by exceeding targets and goals
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of people
  • Organisational skills and good attention to detail
  • Up-to-date with current technology with the ability to learn new systems and programmes
