Job Description

I`m looking for a PR Account Director who believes in changing boundaries in PR & Content creation.

Do you have at least 5 years experience in a senior role?

You would help encourage and nurture an innovative and integrated approach within cluster and across the agency by challenging boundaries, encouraging collaboration and driving multi-channel storytelling and services.
Provide expert content writing services across all required disciplines, including for printed and digital media, to include but not limited to press releases, feature articles, white papers and blogs

Develop and deliver crisis management strategies and programmes for clients, including providing out of hours contact where required. Shape agency briefs and devise and develop integrated strategies which deliver a deeper and more intelligent approach to research, account planning and campaign execution.

Take visible accountability and ownership of the 'client experience', engaging the client at all levels and monitoring performance against financial objectives and KPIs.Ensure all client activities and projects are shared cross cluster and secure sign off on strategies/documents/work in progress from each executive sponsor.Maintain agency weekly and monthly reporting systems including WIPs, status reports and evaluation/KPI reporting.

Act as a brand ambassador, championing our mission, vision and values and helping shape the agency's reputation at every opportunity, to include supporting the agency's PR and social media programme as well as entry into industry awards and initiatives.

You should have:

Extensive senior PR or marcomms experience of managing high-profile B2B accounts and providing strategic advice and innovative solutions, gained in an agency environment.

Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (in person and in writing) and the ability to provide credible and influential advice to senior decision-makers

An understanding of the power and potential of digital and social media in PR, including analysis and metrics.

A demonstrable ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads in a deadline driven and pressurised environment.
