The right candidate will need to be able to Negotiate and resolve potential client conflicts, generate and lead new business proposals. Also, Identify and lead professional development opportunities for staff they will need to be professional and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
They will need to have relevant IT background and IT sales, ideally in high-end products and solutions. Be able to naturally build rapport with customers and clients. They also need to be able to Identify and generate new prospects and turn them into key accounts whilst continually updating and developing the product and market knowledge. Have a proven ability to develop and close business opportunities.
