Job Description

One of the leading award winning PR companies in the London area we're looking to build on our Marketing Services team and are currently looking for a new Account Director.

With offices in London and San Francisco we have an amazing global reach for our clients. We boast a working environment that gels together everything we do and encompasses our friendly relaxed approach to work.
We're a multi award winning agency and the accolades we received through 2020 really speak for themselves! Predominantly on the PR and Communications team we're now building our Marketing Services and require an Account Director to enhance the team further. We have great career growth opportunities and would never want you to come in and stay still, we're all about the personal growth!
Working within the world of Tech our marketing team work on both UK and Global Campaigns. As Account Director there will be more International based Accounts on your desk.
We want you to be a self-starting B2B Account Director to work on several big-name clients in our Marketing Services team. You'll be a trusted client partner who's excited by a new challenge where they can deliver amazing work, the best of your career.
From the word go we'll want you to manage existing top tier technology accounts (from hot tech scale-ups through to enterprise leaders) as well as support on new business growth.
We want you to have an interest in technology as our Marketing Team is very Tech focused, however there may also the opportunity for you to work across other sectors such as health tech and professional services.

You will be joining a rapidly growing practice area and would have line management responsibilities for junior teams.
Our ideal candidate will have…..
" Highly credible experience in a B2B marketing (creative agency or client side)
" Integrated channel experience: e.g. Digital display, social, paid social, OOH
" Clear understanding of the creative and planning process
" Commercially orientated - proven track record in managing account finances and growing accounts
" Flawless project management skills - and the ability to ensure client briefs are navigated through the agency, delivering on time and budget
" Experience working on both brand and direct response campaigns preferred
" Line management experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams
" Self-starting, confident client services professional
" B2B technology experience is preferred
