Looking for a new Account Manager to join a team of 6 others, this is very much a team position helping to win new business and develop strong customer relationships. A varied customer base including, businesses, fit-out companies, main contractors, glass companies, sign companies, homeowners and many more.
Managing the initial enquiry right through to after sales care ensuring total customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Your telephone manner is the most important requirement, able to convey your positive attitude and personality, must enjoy being part of a team and really care about the quality of your work.
A background in Customer care is key although full training will be given and you will need to be IT literat
18,000 basic with an easily achievable OTE of 25,000+ and the bonus is uncapped. 21 days holiday + bank holidays. Perk box for all employees. Hours - 9.00 - 5.00
