An exciting opportunity for a talented individual with excellent customer service skills to join a dynamic publisher with ambitious growth plans.

You will be required to assist the clients with the renewal of their annual policy and provide advice and guidance on the most appropriate level of cover for their organisation. You will be responsible for independently managing a small but growing number of accounts.
You will have customer service experience, have strong communication skills via email and over the telephone, be a strong team player and be driven and determined to achieve results.
Your salary will be £17,751 with on target earnings of £32,379. Commission is earnt based on a team target which is met.
Your hours will be 8.30am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30am-4pm on Fridays.
