A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone who has a passion to deliver excellent customer service at all times. Our client is a well established company that are based in the Durham area and are looking for a Account / Customer Service Executive to work in the brand new offices.
You will be based mainly in the Head Office, but there will be requirements to travel to other locations to attend various meetings and events. The main purpose of the role is to support the Head of Business Development in ensuring daily management of suppliers is maintained and providing customer care. Provide reports of activities and the performance of the Business Development function including Elite partnerships.
Your main duties will include but not be limited to:
Be the first point of contact for all suppliers, dealing with telephone queries.
Communicating with suppliers regarding activities
Event support, including communication with suppliers and sponsors.
Preparation and management of all relevant trackers and building reports on Excel when required.
Create packs for meetings
Dealing with customers orders
Admin and secretarial support to the management team which will include:
-preparation of Department Reports
-Organising travel arrangements and itineraries
-Scheduling of meetings and outlook diary management
Attendance and support will occasionally be required at events which may require an overnight stay.
Management of new supplier forms, create, maintain and manage all required processes.
management of online back office website including setting up products and amending pricing.
Ideally you should have some experience within sales and business development, be able to drive, communicate on all levels, have good time management and organisational skills and inspire confidence and secure high standards of performance and professionalism in a challenging and competitive environment.
The salary starts at £20000, you will get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, bonus related payment scheme based on KPI`s and free parking.
