Desk Managed Account Executive
Location: Aylesbury, HP19 8DB
Type: Permanent Role
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £27,700 & Competitive Bonus Scheme
About the Role
Brook Street Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Desk Managed Account Executive on behalf of one of our prestigious clients. This role will be based in Aylesbury and offers the opportunity to manage and maintain key commercial relationships with major clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering innovative solutions while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular customer reviews and present management reports using Power BI, covering performance metrics such as service success, landfill diversion, and financial analysis.
- Support depot and customer service teams to resolve site-specific issues, including health and safety concerns, container changes, and introducing alternative services as required.
- Ensure effective debt management and align with contractual commitments.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to negotiate and communicate effectively, delivering long-term benefits for all parties.
- Resolve payment-related queries, address invoice delays, and manage credit production when needed.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned to support the team and business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or account management role.
- Strong experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets under pressure.
