Job Description

Salary: £18,106 + uncapped realistic commission, minimum OTE £36,000
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4pm

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a natural consultative sales ability and strong customer service skills to join a dynamic local business with ambitious growth plans.

You will be required to identify, contact and advise organisations of the current legal requirements and provide advice and guidance on the most appropriate level of cover required for each organisation. This is not a hard selling role, but you will need to have a natural selling confidence and be happy to make outgoing calls along with writing professional emails.

You will be driven, tenacious, self-motivated, keen and eager to learn with a high level of communication skills.

You will have either a sales, or strong customer service background where you are used to liaising with customers over the phone and via email.
